Atrium Centers in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the center and ensure high sanitation standards are met.

The role emphasizes respectful interaction with residents and families, a positive work ethic, and reliable attendance to support our mission-driven, ESOP-based organization.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and dependability

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas throughout the center
• Follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
