Atrium Centers Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports resident comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor to clean resident rooms and maintain spaces throughout the center.

The position emphasizes following cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards, and interacting respectfully with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and dependability

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas throughout the center
• Follow cleaning, sanitation, and safety standards
• Support a positive physical and psychosocial environment for residents
• Interact respectfully and professionally with residents, families, and team members
