The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, and requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must follow infection control and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
