Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role supports resident comfort and hygiene, working with a friendly team to uphold high cleanliness standards.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, follow safety protocols, and interact positively with residents and staff, contributing to a welcoming facility culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with occupants and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must perform routine, repetitive tasks with consistency.
• Able to work around cleaning products.
• Follow oral and written instructions daily.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation of all areas per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
