This role emphasizes infection prevention and positive customer service in a team-oriented setting. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must follow COVID-19 vaccination policies where required by location.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine tasks.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests; provide excellent customer service.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned.
