Job summary

The Neighborhood at Paducah is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The role includes cleaning resident rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and following a cleaning schedule. Mon-Fri with every other weekend required.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, bathroom cleaning, and reporting maintenance needs. Must have HS diploma and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• One (1) year job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed cleaning worksheet/checklist for each room and common area.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications and safety guidelines.
• Use cleaners and power equipment properly to avoid damage.
• Clean floors, walls, windows, and ensure carpets are vacuumed or shampooed as needed.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; move furniture as required during cleaning.
• Restock bathrooms and common areas with toilet paper, towels and soap.
• Replace light bulbs and maintain cleanliness in resident suites.
• Notify supervisor about major repairs or maintenance needs in log.
