Job summary

The Waters in Waukesha, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain spotless common areas and resident apartments, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for seniors and staff.

You will work with the Environmental Services team, report maintenance needs, manage cleaning supplies, and uphold our hospitality standards that reflect our mission to help residents THRIVE. We offer paid holidays, benefits, and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas according to standards including restrooms, dining areas, hallways, and lobby.
• Cleans all assigned resident apartments.
• Works with maintenance to ensure building cleanliness and safety; reports issues.
• Submits maintenance work orders and notifies managers when supplies are low.
• Maintains a clean, orderly laundry room and handles cleaning chemicals per safety instructions.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
