Job summary

Momentous Health in Franklin is seeking a compassionate Housekeeper to support residents with dignity and respect. You will ensure clean and safe living spaces, assist with laundry, and maintain stocked supplies in a supportive, caring environment.

Qualifying candidates have a high school diploma, experience with the elderly, and strong empathy and communication skills. Prior healthcare or long-term care exposure is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork and daily task execution.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with the elderly population.
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care/Healthcare is preferred.
• Empathy and care for those that need help.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs resident room cleaning and discharge cleaning including dusting, sanitizing, disinfecting, wiping, and scrubbing beds, walls, furniture, and fixtures
• Replenishes soap, paper towels, toilet paper and other supplies as needed
• Keeps housekeeping carts stocked
• Collects, Clean and Delivers Resident Laundry both to and from resident
• Follows daily project assignments.
