Peaceful Pines Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will maintain resident rooms and common areas with attention to detail while supporting dignity and a true sense of home.

In this role, you will collaborate with nursing, maintenance, culinary, life enrichment, and leadership teams to enhance the resident experience through compassionate and professional

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, environmental services, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Must submit to a TB test per state regulations.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, sanitary, comfortable, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Inspect, monitor, clean, and maintain resident apartments, common areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Respect residents' personal spaces, preferences, and belongings while performing housekeeping duties.
• Support residents' quality of life by creating environments that promote comfort and well-being.
• Greet residents, families, and visitors in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Partner with teams to support the overall resident experience.
