Job summary

The Waters in Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will clean common areas and resident apartments, cooperate with maintenance, and help ensure safety and hospitality excellence across the community.

Ideal candidates will have attention to detail and strong communication, with a willingness to support residents and staff in a compassionate, team-based setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Compassion for hospitality and elderly care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas and resident apartments to standards.
• Works with maintenance to ensure building cleanliness and safety.
• Submits maintenance work orders as needed.
• Notifies supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintains orderly laundry areas and stores chemicals safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
