Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for Patient Transporter positions at Advent Health Tampa, 3100 East Fletcher Avenue, Tampa, FL. The roles offer both full-time and part-time schedules with early morning shifts from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm or 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.

You will transport patients and medical equipment safely, assist with mobility, communicate with nursing staff, and ensure patient comfort and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Properly and safely transports patients, secures IVs, drainage tubes, etc., and secures patient.
• Uses wheelchairs and other rolling stock to carry out essential duties.
• Communicates effectively with nursing personnel, clinicians, technicians or reception and dispatch.
• Ensures the comfort of the patient by being attentive and respectful of modesty.
