Qualifications

• Prior home health or assisted living experience preferred.
• Ability to handle physical demands and safe patient handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hospital safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely using wheelchairs and rolling stock.
• Secure IVs, drainage tubes, and devices during transport.
• Transport patients of all ages with competence.
• Communicate with nursing staff, clinicians, and dispatch.
• Maintain patient comfort and privacy; adhere to HIPAA.
