Job summary

HHS, LLC in Gainesville, FL is seeking compassionate housekeepers to join our hospital environment cleaning team. Starting pay is $15.50 per hour, with 24–40 hours per week, and a background check, drug screen, and proof of employment eligibility required.

We provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where patients can heal. We’re looking for friendly, team-oriented individuals who can follow all cleaning procedures, work well with hospital staff, and help the department operate

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must practice good personal hygiene, be neatly groomed, and be in uniform.
• Preferred: Housekeeping experience (cleaning, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician, hotel operations, healthcare)

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas of the hospital, including patient rooms, common areas, restrooms, and more
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned areas
• Follow all HHS cleaning procedures and best practices
• Provide friendly and kind service to all individuals in the hospital
• Assist team members and management as needed to help the department operate efficiently
