Job summary

Qualifications

• Hospital dietary.
• Needs to be knowledgeable and experienced in providing dietary support to hospital patients including special dietary needs/requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide meals for patients and staff and assist with cafeteria meal preparation.
• Rotate stock using FIFO method and ensure items are restocked promptly.
• Check in food and supply deliveries for damage and completeness.
• Assist with kitchen organization, ordering of stock, and compliance with health and regulatory requirements.
