The role involves assisting patients with living skills, hygiene, and daily activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, with responsibilities including vital signs, meal assistance, and keeping accurate records.

Qualifications include prior patient care experience and Nurse Aide certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous patient care experience, preferably in a hospital or long term care facility.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general nursing care such as positioning patients, lifting and turning patients, applying/utilizing special equipment, assisting in use of bedpan, urinal or commode, ambulating the patient, pre-operative and post-operative care, and application of appliances, taking blood pressure and vital signs.
