Agape Care Group in Bluffton, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse who will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure compassionate, high-quality care. This role emphasizes meaningful patient experiences and is supported by a leadership team focused on professional development.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families; passion for providing the best possible care.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.
