ACG Hospice in Oklahoma seeks a Registered Nurse dedicated to compassionate patient care. You will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure comfort and quality at every visit.

We support professional development with a strong leadership team, flexible scheduling where possible, and a robust benefits package including health, PTO, and retirement options. Experience in hospice preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation; ability to lift 80-100 lbs and assist patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure quality, compassionate care.
