You will join a warm, supportive team with flexible scheduling options, Monday–Friday 8–5 or PRN on-call, and opportunities for professional growth in a mission-driven organization dedicated to dignified care.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license and current RN status.
• Experience in hospice or home health preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate end-of-life care in hospice settings.
• Travel to senior living communities and patients' homes; mileage reimbursed.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patients and families.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
