Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to join our caring team. You will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in home settings and coordinate with the care team to support comfort and quality of life.

Qualificações

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
