Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate in-home hospice care across our Wisconsin community. You will collaborate with the care team to support patients and families, manage symptoms, and coordinate with physicians.

Active Wisconsin RN license, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification are required. Compassus offers competitive pay, benefits, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin is required.
• Minimum of two years' RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification plus a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home hospice care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with the care team to manage symptoms and coordinate with physicians.
• Educate caregivers on care needs and support them throughout the illness.
