Responsibilities

• Provide holistic hospice care as part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and ongoing reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.

Education

Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in Virginia

Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience
