Qualifications

• Must possess a current Advanced Practice Nurse and RN license in Indiana.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
• Control Substance license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside palliative care evaluations for patients and families.
• Collaborate with palliative care and primary physicians.
• Prescribe necessary medications as licensed.
• Maintain accurate patient records for reimbursement.
