Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Wyoming is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home-based care team. You will provide bedside nursing to terminally ill patients, monitor vitals, and collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure compassionate, quality care in the patient’s home.

Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and hold an LPN license in the state. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with prior home health or hospice

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Must possess a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and have dependable transportation
• Must have a minimum of one year of clinical experience
• Previous home health or hospice experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care, monitor vital signs, administer injections, monitor catheters, and dress wounds.
