Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduation from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program.
• Current, unrestricted Nursing Assistant Certification in state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Provide light homemaker assistance and meal support.
• Document care and changes in the patient record.
