Job summary

VITAS Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes across Illinois. You will be responsible for comfort, symptom management, and meaningful connections with patients and families.

The role involves 4–6 patient visits per day, 7 am–7 pm schedule with 2 or 3 days per week and weekend rotation. An Illinois RN license and a minimum of two years nursing experience are required.

Qualifications
