Job summary

Brighton Hospice is seeking a caring Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patients with personal care and daily living needs in homes or facilities. This Monday-Friday role offers flexible scheduling and options for part-time or full-time work.

The CNA will collaborate with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and a care team to enhance quality of life for patients at the end of life. A valid CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required in state(s) of practice.
• Willingness to drive with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to work closely with patients on a 1-1 basis and collaborate with the care team.
• Commitment to improving quality of life for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance to patients.
• Support patients in homes or facilities as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care and comfort in alignment with care plans.
• Adhere to flexible Monday-Friday scheduling and adjust to part-time or full-time needs.
