Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct resident care under nursing supervision. You’ll support a high-quality care plan, work with a collaborative care team, and help enhance patient well-being.

Qualifications include CNA certification, a commitment to quality of life, and willingness to pursue further education. Position supports local patient care delivery with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care.
• Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and aide leadership.
• Eager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education.
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team.
• Able to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basis.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.

Responsabilités

• Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate proper types of care with licensed care staff under nursing management, following policies.
