Aufgaben

• Perform personal care and attend to patient requests promptly.
• Communicate with patient and family respectfully and confidentially.
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment (foot stools, side rails, O2).
• Assist with baths, dressing, meals, and feeding as assigned.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the Case Manager.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers as directed by staff.
• Provide reminders for self-administered medications per state rules.
• Assist with bedpans/urinals and light laundry as needed.
• Support ROM and basic therapeutic activities as ordered.
