Job summary

Empath Health in West Palm Beach is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our inpatient care team for night shifts from 7pm to 7:30am, with every other weekend. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under RN/LPN guidance, supporting ADLs and maintaining a safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in our inpatient care centers.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.
