Job summary

Delaware Hospice is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide compassionate, person-centered care in patients' homes within Milford, DE. You will follow established policies to ensure safety and compliance while supporting families and primary caregivers with essential care tasks.

Eligible candidates may hold a DE Nurse Aide certification or complete a 75-hour training with competency testing, and should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Delaware Nurse Aide certification or 75-hour training with competency testing.
• Two years of experience in hospital, extended care, home care, or hospice preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and turn patients safely per ergonomic guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person-Centered Care within CNA scope, following policies and regulations.
• Care for patients in home settings and support families and caregivers.
• Work as part of a hospice team to ensure comfort, dignity, and safety.
