Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide program completed with current certification.
• In good standing with state regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care, exercises, and ambulation to patients per state and federal regulations.
• Uses safety techniques and correct body mechanics when administering care and transferring patients.
• Takes and records vital signs or other metrics as instructed.
• Reports changes in patient status to RN.
• Participates in weekend rotation for scheduled visits.
• Prepares light meals, does laundry, and performs essential household tasks for patient health.
• Maintains twelve (12) hour educational requirements.
