Serenity Hospice is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide end-of-life care in Berks County, PA. Join a dedicated team that values dignity, comfort, and family support. Flexible scheduling with no nights or weekends required and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities include personal care, monitoring patient condition, emotional support, light housekeeping, and thorough documentation. Must hold a current CNA certification and have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Current CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and assistance with mobility.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to patient care.
Ensure patient comfort and dignity at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
