Emblem Hospice in East Mesa/Apache Junction is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) to join a team that prioritizes support and growth. You will deliver compassionate hands-on care under RN supervision, promoting comfort and dignity for end-of-life patients in patients' homes.

The role emphasizes mentorship, ongoing education, and a collaborative culture with flexible scheduling. Arizona CNA/Hospice credentials and CPR are required, along with reliable transportation and excellent

Competenze

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in Arizona.
• Current CPR certification.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Empathy, patience and ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changes.
• Assist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measures.
• Observe patient condition, report changes, and document care accurately.
• Take and record vital signs when ordered and within competency.
• Use medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
• Provide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as needed.
