Liberty Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide (CNA) for full-time work in Roanoke Rapids, NC. The role focuses on direct patient care of hospice services and accurate documentation of care provided, under the Liberty Cares With Compassion ethos.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalency, state-approved CNA training with competency evaluation, CPR certification, and a minimum of 12 hours of annual continuing education. Travel and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency and completion of a Board of Nursing approved training and competency evaluation program.
• Documented proof of at least 75 certified education hours.
• Ability to independently organize work and provide care to homebound patients with thorough documentation.
