Job summary

HIA Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Thief River Falls, MN team. The role provides personal care to hospice patients under the patient’s plan of care, with focus on comfort and dignity. Work Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm, every 4th weekend and two holidays per year.

Qualifications

• One year patient care experience in a health care setting; hospice or home health experience preferred
• Flexibility and ability to manage priorities, multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively with terminally ill patients and families

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to hospice patients per plan of care.
• Safely transfer patients, take vital signs, and complete charting.
• Communicate changes to the Interdisciplinary team.
