Qualifications

• Licensed driver with insured automobile
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and ability to provide specialized end-of-life care
• Valid CNA or HHA certification

Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and perform various services for your patient as necessary to meet personal needs and promote comfort
• Observe the patient and report observations
• Promote quality, continuity and safety of patient’s care
• Carry out CNA duties
