OhioHealth at Home, in partnership with Compassus, is hiring a Hospice Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care. You will join a dedicated hospice team to support patients and families in their homes, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs with dignity and comfort.

Preference for CNAs and CPR-certified candidates. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and a supportive, family-focused culture focused on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following: license/certification or nurse aide training with 24 months continuous employment.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home.
• Work with hospice team to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
• Help patients approach final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
• Enhance the quality of life for patients and families daily.
