Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to provide compassionate at-home care to patients and support their families in the Austin area.

You will work as part of a hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, helping patients approach their final days with dignity and comfort. Certification as a Nursing Assistant and CPR are required where applicable; licensure varies by state.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• If licensure is not required, must have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program and 24 months’ continuous employment as a nurse aide.
• Current CPR certification required.
