Compassus is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide to support patients in their homes, delivering comfort care and compassionate services as part of a dedicated hospice team. You’ll help meet each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while supporting families and promoting dignity at the end of life.

The role includes providing in-home care, collaborating with clinicians, and helping patients maintain comfort and joy during challenging days.

Competenze

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or licensure preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Wisconsin aides must be certified and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.

Mansioni

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
