Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Aide to join our Beaverton, Oregon team. This role supports patients at home, providing compassionate comfort care guided by a patient-centered approach with a focus on dignity and quality of life.

You will work within a care team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, helping patients and their families navigate the final days with peace.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred for Hospice Aide roles.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• States with licensure exceptions may accept a certified aide or nurse aide training with 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort care to patients enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.
• Work as a member of the hospice team to meet each patient’s unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
• Enhance the quality of someone’s life every day.
