Qualifications

• Experience working as Hospice Aide, Home Health Aide, or CNA in the last 24 months preferred.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations within the region.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Interact with residents, families, and healthcare team.
