AccentCare in Washington, DC invites qualified CNAs to a virtual hiring event on 9/15. Open interviews 10:00am–3:00pm EST for Hospice Aide/CNA positions in the Greater Washington DC Area. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays and 401(k).

Join a purpose-driven team dedicated to compassionate, end-of-life care. Schedule is full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with opportunities to grow within a nationwide hospice network.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse's aide, with completion of required training and a passing score on the competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in certain states.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry and eligible to provide care in homes or facilities.
• Requires a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license with appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on hospice care including hygiene, repositioning and mobility support.
• Support patients in homes or care facilities with walking, standing, and daily activities.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and maintain patient safety and dignity.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in various care settings.
