Job summary

The Good Shepherd Community is seeking an entry-level Homemaker to perform daily housekeeping and related tasks in client homes in Becker, MN. The role runs Monday through Friday with no weekends or holidays, offering a weekday evening and day shift option depending on scheduling.

Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry assistance, and basic household tasks while ensuring respectful communication with clients and staff. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in homemaker or housekeeping roles preferred.
• Ability to plan and organize daily/weekly tasks.
• Self-motivated, punctual, energetic, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in clients' home settings.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms weekly as directed, including bathrooms.
• Assist with laundry and returning clothing to clients.
• Support with basic household chores and supply restocking.
• Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Document tasks completed and report any issues to supervisors.
