Right at Home is hiring Homemaker/Companions in Saline, MI to provide companionship and light homemaking assistance. Earn $16.00-$20.00 per hour with flexible shifts and weekly pay; medical benefits availability varies by franchise.

You'll build meaningful relationships with clients, perform light household tasks, assist with meals and errands, and stay active in your local community while receiving ongoing paid training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English with or without accommodations.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick and ability to handle job demands.
• Current and valid driver's license and safe vehicle operation.

Responsabilités

• Assist with homemaking activities such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and bathrooms.
• Spend less than 20% of time on general household work while providing companionship.
• Establish partner-like relationships by accompanying clients on walks and outings and assisting with hobbies.
