Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association required.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical support to PACE participants to maintain independence at home.
• Coordinate with IDT team to address participant and caregiver needs.
• Assist with daily activities and safety planning in home settings.
• Document services and adhere to BH PACE policies and values.
