Eligible candidates hold a VA RN license, have at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health/geriatrics preferred), CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Benefits include comprehensive health plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia with active, unrestricted registration.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing practice; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess and monitor patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Develop home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
