Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare Orlando is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health care across St Cloud, Hunters Creek, Meadow Wood, Celebration, and Kissimmee. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, manage care plans, and advocate for patients, helping them maintain independence.

The role requires an active Florida RN license, a valid driver's license, and 1+ year in acute care or med/surg, with home health experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• Valid Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement.
• Alignment with the agency's mission and values.
