- Active RN license in Florida.
- Minimum 1 year of Acute Care or Med/Surg experience; Home Health experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality home health care to patients in Hillsborough County.
- Collaborate with doctors, Clinical Team Managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Be an advocate for patients and help manage care plans.
