Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform home health visits for adult and geriatric patients. As a PTA you will provide treatment, tests, client education and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist, ensuring safe, effective care in patients' homes.

Requirements include MA licensure and completion of a two-year PTA program approved by the APTA, or equivalent experience under supervision.

Qualifications

• MA licensure or certification required for PTA practice.
• Two-year PTA program approved by the APTA is required.
• Alternative qualification: one year PTA experience with proficiency exam (pre-1977).
• At least one year of work under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
