You will guide patients through exercises, observe responses, document progress, and coordinate care with the health team. The role requires travel to patients' homes and a weekend rotation.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed, registered, or certified to assist in physical therapy in the state of practice.
• Must have a current driver's license and access to a vehicle or reliable public transportation.
• Available to work a weekend rotation.

• Follow state laws and supervise plan of care under PT guidance.
• Instruct and aid patients in exercises and mobility.
• Observe and report patient responses and coordinate with care team.
